Governing Council to prepare Anlzual Report.-( 1 ) The annual . report of the University shall be prepared by the Governing Council and shall be placed before the Senate on or before such dats as may be +prescribed by the statutes and shall be considered by the Senate its next annual meeting. The Senate may pass resolution thereon' communicate the same to the Governing Council.
