(1) The [State Government] may after previous Power t o make publiostion make rules for the purpose of carrying out p:: and the provisions of this Act. An Act to facilitate the administration of certain enactments. WHEREAS it is expedient to facilitate the administration of certain enactments ; It is hereby enacted as follows :- I. This Act may be called the 1[Tamil Nadu] Decentralization Act, 1914 . 2, The enactments specified in the third column of the Schedule are hereby amended to the extent and in the manner specified in the fourth column thereof. -
