Regulations, how made. — (1) The Academic Council may make regulations consistent with this Act, the statutes and the ordinances to carry out the duties assigned to it thereunder. (2) All such regulations shall have effect from such date as the Academic Council may direct; but every regulation so made shall be submitted as soon as may be to the Senate for its consideration at its next succeeding meeting.
