(1) If any diffi culty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing such diffi culty: Power to remove diffi culties. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly. (By order of the Governor) S.S.
