Penalty for being found without a ticket or pass. - Any person who is found without a ticket or pass in any place of entertainment shall, unless he proves that he was admitted to such place with the knowledge or connivance of the proprietor or any person employed by him, on conviction by a Magistrate, be liable to a fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
