Whoevzr- (a) keeps a bull in contravention of this Act o) of ally rule or order made thereunder, or of any terms, collditions or restrictions of a licence, or (b) neglects or fails to submit n bull for inspec- tion when required to do so, under section 7, or (c) ilegiilcts or fails to comply with an order xr\.eil undcr section 8, or (d) neglects or fails to produce n licetlce when required to do so under sectioll 10, shall be punishable with fine which ma*. extend to fifty rupees and in the case of a secor, or any subse- qlient oflence with fine which riuy extend to one hundrecl rupees.
