Subject to the provisions of section 79, every Land wirjon by 5 Tribunal shall be deemed to be a court subordinate to the High Court. 3 High Court for the purposes of section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Ckntral Act V of 1908), and its , orders shall be liable to revision by the High Court under : the provisions of that section. f
