Constitution of the Board.—The Board shall consist of a Chairman who shall be the Minister-in-charge of Labour and of the following members appointed by the Government namely: -- (a) such number of representatives of employers and employees as may be prescribed: Provided that both employers and employees, shall have equal representation on the Board; (b) such number of members of the State Legislature as may be prescribed; and (c) such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed.
