Members of Board, Secretary, Inspectors and all officers and servants of Board to be public servants.—The members of the Board, the Secretary, Inspectors and all officers and servants of the Board, and any person entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860). 1 Ins. by Act 13 of 1994, s. 2 (deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1975). 14
