Power to appoint committees. – For the purpose of advising the Board in the discharge of its functions and in particular for carrying into effect any of the matters specified in sub- section (2) of section 17, the Board may constitute one or more committees consisting of atleast one member of the Board and equal number of representatives of employees and employers.
