1 n this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) 'zyacut' .in relation to an irrigation work means the lands which have been registered as lands entitled to iriigatl.fil under that ii.~-igzti~n work by afiy aauioii~y or officer authorized by the Government ; (b) 'Collector" means L?
