Appointment of Chief Executive Officer, officers and staff of the Board.1— (1) There shall be a Chief Executive Officer for the Board appointed by the Government. (2) The Board may, create such posts and appoint such number of persons as it may require, to carry out its functions and duties under this Act. (3) The salary, allowances and the conditions of service of the persons appointed under sub-section (2), shall be such as may be prescribed in the regulations.
