(1) For every nuclear installation, the Government shall, by notification, constitute a nuclear installation local local authority for the purpose of controlling the erection or ruthority. re-erection of buildings and the use of land in the nuclear installation area. I (2) The notification under sub-section (1) shall specify,- (i) the date on which it shall take effect ; (ii) the name of the nuclear installation local autho- . . rity ; liii) the persons who shall be its members: and (ivj the ierm of ofice of its members other'than the ex-officio members, if any.
