Protection of action taken under this Chapter.—(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter or any order made in pursuance of any of those provisions. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Tribunal, Commissioner, 1[Additional Commissioner], 2[Joint Commissioner], Deputy Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything, in good faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provision of this Chapter or any order made in pursuance of any of those provisions.
