Scheme to lapse on notification.—On the publication of the notification, the scheme of administration, if any, settled for the religious institution, whether before or after the date of the commencement of this Act, and all rules, if any, framed under such scheme shall cease to apply to the institution and shall become inoperative and such scheme and rules shall not be revived by reason of the cancellation of the notification 4[under sub-section (4) or] under sub-section (6) of section 72.
