2[Joint Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner] to forward copies.—(1) 1[The Joint Commissioner or the Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be], shall within a week from the date of his order made under any of the foregoing sections of this chapter, forward a copy of such order to the Commissioner.
