An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the administration and governance of Hindu Religious and Charitable Institutions and Endowments in the 3[State of Tamil Nadu]; WHEREAS it is expedient to amend and consolidate the law relating to the administration and governance of Hindu Religious and Charitable Institutions and Endowments in the 3[State of Tamil Nadu]; BE it enacted in the Tenth Year of the republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER – I PRELIMINARY.
