Non-hereditary trustees holding office on the date of the commencement of the Act.— Every non-hereditary trustee lawfully holding office on the date of the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been duly appointed as such trustee under this Act for the residue of his term of office on the date of such commencement. 48
