Commissioner to repay certain sums to the Government.—Any sum paid by the Government before the publication of this Act in the Fort St. George Gazette * for the expenses of Consultative Committees or sub- committees thereof shall be repaid to the Government by the Commissioner from out of the 3[Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Fund] under sub-section (2) of section 96 of this Act, as if sub- section (4) of section 92 of this Act were in force at all relevant times. 1[120-A.
