(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Highways authority under Section 32 may, within such period as may be prescribed, appeal to the State Highways Authority. (2) The State Highways Authority may suspend the execution of any decision or order, pending the exercise of its power under this section in respect thereof. Notice to owners and persons interested.
