Any person whose property is injuriously affected by virtue of anything done under the provisions of section 11 may make a claim for this purpose to the Highways authority, with such particulars and within such period as may be prescribed. 32.(1) The Highways authority shall proceed to inquire, in such manner as may be prescribed, into every claim made under section 31. (2) The Highways authority shall, after such inquiry, either allow the claim and determine the amount or reject the claim in part or in full. (3) The Highways authority shall give to the claimants or their representatives, notice in writing, of the amount determined under sub-section (2).
