Whenever any driver is summoned to appear produce before any magistrate to answer any charge preferred licence before magistrate. against him under this Act, he shall carry with him his licence, and produce the same if required so to do ; and any driver who on such requisition refuses to produce such licence shdl be liable to a fine not exceeding five rupees.
