The Board of Revenue shall have power-— (a) to give effect to the provisions of this Act ; Powers of control of the Board of Revenue (b) to issue instructions for the guidance of the Director and Settlement Officers; and (c) to cancel or revise any of the orders, Acts or proceedings of the Director including those passed, done or taken in the exercise of revisional powers. 7 (1) The Government shall constitute a Tribunal for the purposes of this Act. Constitution of Tribunal. (2) The Tribunal for the shall consist of one person only who shall be a judicial Officer not below the rank of Subordinate Judge.
