Where any Act, to which this Chapter applies, Effect of repeals any other enaotment, then the repeal shall not- g ' I i w I (a) affect anything done or any offence committed, or any fine or penalty incurred or any pmedinga be- gun before the commencement of the repealing A d ; or (b) revive anything not in force or existing at the time at which the repeal takes effect; or (c) affect the previous operation of any enaotment so repealed or anything duly done or suffered under any enaotment so repealed; or (a) affect any right, prielege, obligation or liability aoquired, accrued or incurred under any enactment so repealed; or (e) affe t any fine, penalty, forfeiture or punish- ment inou d ed in respect of any offence committed against any enaotment so repealed ; or (f) affect any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege,obIigation, liability, fine, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid ; and any such investigation, legal prooeeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforoed, 1 These words were mbetituted for the worda P07t 8t.
