Cattle-trespass Act, 1871, to apply.-Cattle trespassing in a reserved forest any portion of a protected forest which has been lawfully closed to grazing shall be deem to be cattle doing damages to a public plantation within the meaning of section II of Cattle-trespass Act, 1871 (1 of 1871), and may be seized and impounded as such by Forest-officer or Police- officer.
