In the case of a claim to rights of the kind specified in clauses (a) , (b), (c) and (d) of section 10, the Forest Settlement Officer shall pass an order specifying the particulars of such claim as far as may be necessary to define the nature incidents and extent of the rights, claimed and admitting or rejecting such claim wholly or in part, When a claim to any such right is admitted, if the right is for the beneficial enjoyment of any land or buildings, he shall record the designation, position and area of such land, and the designation, position and area of such land, and the designation and position of such buildings.
