Abatement of action taken and legal proceedings. - All actions taken under the Tamil Nadu Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2002 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 2002) and all proceedings thereunder pending immediately before the commencement of this Act, before any Court or authority shall abate.
