(1) The holder of the post of Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of law not lower in rank than that of the lecturer (Selection Grade) of a college. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (3) The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed. CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY Authorities of the University.
