Transparency and Accountability. (1) The Government shall ensure transparency and accountability at all levels in the implementation of the schemes for the development of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes. (2) The Government shall publish the documents along with relevant statistical data on the status of the implementation of Development Action Plan, in the Web Portal created under this Act and in any other web portal or public domain, as may be notified by the Government.
