Every pecuniary claim against the ward or Claims not notified cease his property which has not been duly notified to, or to carry admitted by, the Collector under section 38 shall interest, eto. notwithstanding any law, contract, decree or award to the contrary, cease to carry interest from the expiration of the period prescribed by section 37, and shall not be paid until after the discharge or sattisfac- tion of the claims notified or admitted under section 38.
