If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the City Police Act as extended by this Act, to the City of Tiruppur, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything which appears to them to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the appointed day.
