Notwithstanding anything contained in any State law for the time being in force, the Investment Promotion and Monitoring Board may, either suo motu or on a reference, examine any order passed by the State Single Window Committee or the State Single Window Monitoring Committee and pass appropriate orders as it deems fi t and such orders shall be fi nal.
