Authorities of the University.—The authorities of the University shall be the following, namely:- (1) the Syndicate; (2) the Academic Council; (3) the Finance Committee; (4) the Planning Board; (5) the Boards of Studies; (6) the Faculties; and (7) such other bodies as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
