Controller of Examinations.— (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of engineering, technology and allied sciences and a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
