Officers of University. - The University shall consist of the following officers, namely:- (1) The Chancellor; (2) The Pro-Chancellor; (3) The Vice-Chancellor; (4) The Directors; (5) The Chairman of Faculties; (6) The Registrar; (7) The Finance Officer; (8) The Controller of Examinations; and (9) Such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
