Authorities of the University. - The authorities of the University shall be the following, namely:- (1) the Syndicate; (2) the Academic Council; (3) the Finance Committee, (4) the Planning Board, (5) the Boards of Studies, (6) the Faculties; and (7) such other bodies as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
