N o person shall keep or cause to be kept or permit. the keeping of Animal or Mpd animal or bird, as maj be specified by the Government m this behalf, by not to be ksp4 notification (hereinafter referred to as :the notified animal or bird), in any urban fn urbanareas area, after the expiry of a period of three months from the date oi such notification without except under, and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence granted to him limce under this Act.
