Power to remove difficulties

Power to remove difficulties.—If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion requires, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, do anything which appears to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
