Chairman and Vice-Chairman of market committee - Every market committee shall elect in such manner as may be prescribed,- (a) one of its members who is nominated under clause (a) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 to be its Chairman, and (b) another member to be its Vice Chairman
