[The 1 (Tamil Nadu) Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1919.] { Received the assent of the Governor on the 13th March 1919 and that of the Governor-General on the 12th April 1919 ; the assent of the Governor- General was first published in the Fort St. George Gazette of the 29th April 1919.) An Act for the prevention of the spread of insect pests, plant diseases and noxious weeds.
