Inquiry of complaints. - Any complaint on the admission of students in the unaided professional educational institutions shall be inquired into by the appropriate authority which shall, after obtaining the evidence and the explanation of the management of the unaided professional educational institution concerned, forward appropriate recommendations to the Government.
