(1) The Board shall furnish to the Central Government, at such time and in such form and the manner as may be prescribed, such returns and statements and such particulars in relation to finance and accounts as the Central Government may, from time to time, require. (2) The Board shall prepare, once in every year, an annual report giving a summary of its activities during the previous year and copies of the report shall be forwarded to the Atomic Energy Commission. (3) The Central Government shall cause a copy of the report referred to in sub-section (2) to be laid before each House of Parliament.
