(a) All spices to which section 11 of this Act applies, and (b) the cardamom to which any order under section 17 of this Act applies, shall be deemed to be goods of which the import or export has been prohibited or restricted under section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and all the provisions of that Act shall have effect accordingly.
