The Standing Committee shall:-- (i) periodically review the working of the scheme and its implementation and direct corrective steps, wherever necessary; (ii) considering the issues raised in the report of the District level Committee and provide guidance or directions, wherever called for; (iii) framing regulations for conduct of business by Standing Committee and District level Committee.
