(1) There shall be a Standing Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-- (2) The person nominated as member by virtue of an office shall cease to be a member when he ceases to hold that office. (3) The term of office of the members nominated under sub-clause (a) of clause (1) shall be for a period of one year.
