(1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction ot the Board of Management and shal!be submitted to tho Board ol Goveft ors f or its approval. (2) Tho Board of Governors shall consider the annual rgport in its meoting and may-approve the samewith orwithout modirication; (3) A copy of tho annual report duly approv€d by the Board of Govehors shallbg sentto Visilorand the State Government on or beforo Oecember 3'1 following close ot tho financial yoar in March 31 each year. The annualaccounts and Balanco Sheet ot the University shall be prepared underthe direction ofthe Board of Managementand allfunds accruingto or recoived by the Universitylrom whatevor source and all amount disbursed or paid shallbe ontered in tho accounts maintained by the univorsity. The annualaccounts ol the University shall be audited by a chartered acoountant. who is a membea of the lnst,tute of Charter€d Accountants of lndia, every year. A copy ol the annualaccounts and the Balance Sheettogether with the audit reportshallbe submittedto tho Board of Govemors on orbs{ore Deoomber 31 loltowing close of the linancialyear in March 31 each year. The annualaccounts, th€ Balancs Shoot and the audit report shallbo c,onsidered bythe Board of Governors at its meeting and the Board of Governors shalllorwald the same tothe Visitorand the State Government along with its observations thereon on or betole December 31 oach year. \21 (3) (4)
