Acopy otany receipt, application, notice, order, proceeding or resolulion of any authority orcommittee of tho univorsity or othor docum6nts in possession of the University or any eniry in any register duly maintained by the University, if certiried by the Reglstrar, shall bo r€ceived as prima facie evidenco of such receipt, application, notice, ordor, proceoding, re6olution or documgnt orthe oxistenca ot entry in the registerand shallbe admittod as evidence of the matlers and kansaction lherein recorded whore the original thereofwould, if produced, have been admissible in evldence (1) lf the Sponsor proposes dissolution of the University in accordance with the law governing its constitutlon or incorporation, it shallgive al least twelve months notice in writiag to ihe State Govornmenl and it shall enslrrethat no new admissionstothe Universltyare accepted during the noticeperiod.
