(1) The appointmenl ollhe Registrar shallbe made in such manner as may be Prescribed bY the Statutes (2) All contracts shall be signed and all documents and records shall be authenticated bythe Registrar on behalt of the University' (3) The Regisir shall exorcise such othe' powers and perform such other dulies as may be pr6scribed or may be requked from time to time' bythe Board of Governors (4) The Registrar shall be rssponsible lor the duo custody ol the records and ' the common seal of the University and shall be bound lo place bofore the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor or any other authority' all such inlormation and doclrnents as may be nscessary for transactioo of their business. .
