(1) This Act may be caled the Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University (Amendment) Act, 2018. (2) lt shall come jnto force at once. ln ihe Vlnayaka frrlissions Sikkim University Acl, 2008, (11 of 2008) hereinaiter relerTed to as the "Principai Act", unless otherwlse expressly provided, tor the words "Thirumuruga Kirupandanda Valiyar Thavathiru Sundara Swamigal l\y'edjcaL Educauonal and Challtab e Trr.rsl" wherever they occur, the words "Jeen Un versal Foundalion, New Delhi" shall be substituted.
