The disposal of any land acquired by the Government and transferred to the Authority under section 63 or any land transferred to the Authority under section 63 or any land trnasferred to it under sections 65,66, or67 or any other land with orwithout carrying out developemnt theron, or ariy other immpvable property belonging to the Authority, shall be done in accordance with the rules made for the purpose in this behalf.
